Sunriver Bedroom Bathroom Remodel

This year we remodeled our Sunriver house. The project included the remodel of the master bedroom and bathroom. The remodel was so simple with the help and expertise of Rick Kelly, owner of RGK Contracting & Consulting. The project was so well organized from the design, pricing quote, quality of the construction, cleaning of the house upon completion, and the project was completed ahead of schedule. The project went so well we decided to upgrade our second master bathroom as well. Thanks to Rick and his team we will be enjoying our new living spaces for many years.
I have used other large and small construction companies in the Bend area and there is no comparison to the construction quality, ease of communication through the project, value, and staying on schedule for a timely completion with RGK Construction. If I ever have another construction project, Rick will be the first person I call.

Our first project of 2014 is a Sunriver bedroom bathroom remodel.  Located on Winner’s Circle this tri-level home has undergone previous upgrades.  We have now been given the task of bringing the master Bedroom & Bathroom up to date with the rest of the house.  As you can see from the walk-through video and the “before demolition” photos below it’s a nice quality bedroom & bathroom to start with.  Our work will remove the dividing wall between the current two sinks & vanities as well as create a more open area.  The bathroom will receive new tile flooring and the bedroom new carpet.  We will enhance the rooms with new trim all around to match the rest of the home.

Here’s our project complete.   The entire project took all of 4 weeks to complete and we even did an extra bathroom in that time!

Once the owner saw how nice the master bed/bathrooms were turning out, they asked us to upgrade one of the guest bathrooms as well!
