We did the job from foundation to finish. Everything except the standard specialty jobs such as plumbing, electrical, Sheetrock, and roofing. The job took roughly 9 months to complete and is now a premiere home on the Deschutes River! ~ Dustin Dowell

New Garage Addition In Sunriver

We hired Dowell Construction to build our garage in Sunriver. Dustin and Jaris did an excellent job throughout the project. Before Remodel

We completed an outdoor remodel of this home last year.

This year we were hired to come back and remodel the living room, dining room, kitchen and several bathrooms.

After Remodel

As you can see, this was a "night & day" remodel.

The entire kitchen was gutted, the flooring in the kitchen, living and bathrooms was removed.

Recovery From A Frozen Disaster!

6 Rogue Lane was a complete interior remodel back from the icy disaster we found it in when we started the job in February. A pre-holiday storm and COLD spell (the Polar Vortex) caused a leak in a water line upstairs.(Now is the time to read parts 1 & 2) We took the job on in Mid February and by the end of May, we are completed and the home will be buzzing with family for the summer!

Hired Again! This time to remodel inside!

After spending much of last Autumn remodeling almost everything on the outside of #10 Mt Hood Lane, we are now honored to be hired to do some work inside. Okay, we're not fully demolishing it, but we have to removed the cabinets, carpeting, flooring, shelving and mantel to make room for all the COOL new things which will make up the NEW kitchen and living room!

#1 Vine Maple - Sunriver Remodel

Here's the BEFORE picture.

In 2012 we replaced all the siding, roofing and railings.

In 2013 we were hired to do a complete indoor remodel upstairs.

- After Completion

We installed hand hewn flooring, hickory cabinets, beautiful wooden doors, log accent railings and posts, a log mantel and a beautiful new fireplace.

We also remodeled two bathrooms including a real beautiful new tub in the master bath, and a shower for two in the master bath. Take a look at the photos and let us know what you think!

#5 Cherrywood Before - Sunriver Remodel

Replace All Siding & Windows

This project entailed removing all exterior siding and trim, as well as all the 30 year old wooden windows.

We then added a layer of weatherproof wrap, and began the re-siding process.

Only 8 weeks later we have new siding and windows.

In this process (see blogs on #5 Cherrywood) we introduced the use of a tin weatherproof protector for the butt ends of siding, as well as flashing for the bottom of the siding.

Sunriver Room Addition

This addition over the garage provided much more living space for the family!

From a snowy October start to completion in early January, this project shows you can build and remodel in Sunriver in Winter weather!

Sunriver Garage & Room Addition

The home addition on Central in Sunriver is a garage/dormer room addition somewhat similar to the one we did this past Winter on Klamath Street in Sunriver.

In this case, the garage does not yet exist, so we’ll build a foundation and a new entry way for the garage, and then add a dormer on the top of the garage.
